Crystal Scudder

Director of Operations, BH DevCo

Crystal Scudder brings more than 12 years of broad real estate experience to the BH DevCo team. As Director of Operations, she manages relationships with lending partners, optimizes cash flow through effective management of company finances, and compiles, interprets and analyzes critical data that drives strategic decisions and successful client interactions.

Prior to joining BH DevCo, Crystal worked as Asset Manager for Arciterra Companies where she was responsible for overseeing property management, providing financial analysis of assets from inception to disposition, lease negotiations and lease drafting and other associated tasks. Before Arciterra, Crystal was Controller at Cardon Development Group where she managed relationships with development, real estate partners and lending companies. Crystal served as a Regional Property Manager with Phoenix-based American Realty Capital Properties (ARCP)/Cole Capital which is now known as VEREIT. At ARCP she managed over two million square feet of multi-tenant shopping centers in various states with responsibilities including monthly investor reporting, assessment of value add opportunities, oversight of capital expenditure projects, annual budgets and cam reconciliations.

She began her career in real estate in 2007 with RED Development, where she served as a project accountant, maintaining cost accounting for projects from inception to closeout, managing private loan draws and public funding processes, and assisting the development teams with project proformas.

Crystal earned her bachelor’s degree in management from The University of Iowa. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Arizona and a Notary Public in Maricopa County.
