BH DevCo is deeply experienced in site selection for e-commerce real estate development. Rather than present a long list of market-listed sites, our specialty is in allowing build-to-suit tenants to find the site that most optimally fits their specific needs.

After a deep-dive discussion in which client needs are identified, we conduct our own in-depth market research to identify currently listed properties and analyze non-listed properties that may more accurately fit specific needs.

Once identified, we present our findings and walk through any properties we would like to pursue. If found, we will get them under contract, perform rigorous physical due diligence and execute a fatal flaw analysis.

We also interact with government agencies and local consultancies to understand the costs and schedule of the project in their city. This vital engagement helps us understand the permit process, risks associated with a site, special incentives offered and more. We also work with local consultants to determine what utility services are needed to fully develop a specific property.
